With TechPrevue, cancellation and refund are effortless, reflecting our commitment to clarity, flexibility, and client satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Email our billing team or your Account Manager. We’ll confirm cancellation once we receive your request, but it’s not always the case.
  2. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it only if we haven’t started working on your project.
  3. Our cancellation policy doesn’t cover services from other companies, such as hosting, third-party themes and plugins, website development, or content creation.

We’re committed to transparency and fairness. If you have questions, just ask.

Refund Policy

  1. Due to customized solutions and services, cancellations are non-refundable.
  2. Monthly Payment Terms:
    • Payments are due in advance for each month.
    • Renewal is subject to a satisfactory performance review from the preceding month.
    • Continued payment constitutes acceptance of the previous month’s performance.
  3. TechPrevue disclaims liability for refund claims related to traffic, rankings, or performance metrics.
