1. For this your must have an active Google plus account.
If you have then please add me on Google plus +VinayPrajapati.
2. Please upload a perfect picture of you. If face does not recognize correctly then your authorship will not be approved.
3. Now add your blog to Google profile page. See the help image below.

4. If you have not yet switched to Google profile and using Blogger profile then it is highly recommend please switch to Google profile right now. For more details read this: How to switch to a Google+ profile?s.
5. Make sure post author option check box is ticked with “by+Author Name”. See help image below.

5. If you are using custom domain on blogger then you have verify the ownership of domain by using domain email. You have to go to Google Authorship page for this. See help image below.

6. If you are contributing to some other blog then there’s an alternative method to claim authorship. You have to use your Google+ Profile link with rel=”author” attribute like this.
