Claims Regarding Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, TECHPREVUE has implemented a process for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringements. (the text of which can be found at the Indian Copyright Office Web Site, https://copyright.gov.in)

If you believe that a file hosted on techprevue.com infringes on your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice.

Please include the following information on all written notices:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description and URL of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. Your telephone number and e-mail address.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. Any person or company who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. In other words, DON’T MAKE FALSE CLAIMS!

Upon receipt of the notice containing the required information, techprevue.com may:

  1. Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing and/or forward the written notification to the party who is providing the allegedly infringing content, along with your contact information.
  2. Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the party that techprevue.com has removed or disabled access to the allegedly infringing material and that the party may respond with a Counter-Notice.
  3. Terminate the relationship with the party in the case of repeat infringement if no Counter-Notice is filed.
