RE camera

Apart from this HTC has also introduced the interesting looking RE camera in the market. The camera comes in four different colors, orange, blue, white and teal. The camera is a hand held device and is designed with minimalism in mind. The body of the camera is in the shape of a periscope and it has two buttons, one in the front and one at the back for easy functionality. There is a 16 MP camera with CMOS sensors and wide focus lens. It makes recording in slow motion and time-lapses fun and easy. Also, the storage is 8GB but it supports microSD cards up to 128GB. When we come to its recharging, there is an 820mAh battery and it can take up to 1200 images before it needs to be recharged again.

The battery is non removable and has a capacity of 2400mAh. It is said to deliver a battery life of up to 20 hours of mixed usage. Apart from all these it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and has all major connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.

Conclusion:

The HTC Desire Eye is an interesting addition to the Desire range of mobile handsets. In a market full of phones with weak front cameras we have HTC strengthening itself. Whether or not the additional RE Camera works its magic on the consumers remains to be seen.
