How to Change Blog Address in Blogspot?
1. Open the Blogger Dashboard.
2. Select your Blog from the drop-down menu given onthe left sidebar.
3. Go to the Settings tab.
4. Navigate to Publishing.
5. Click the Blog Address.
6. Type a new blog address.
7. Save changes.
Important
- You’ll not lose comments.
- You’ll not lose blog followers.

umm hi. i just changed my blog name on blogger from spushtdaily.blogspot to spushtchats.blogspot .com the same way. but the old posts that link to each other with the old url does not automatically redirect itself to the new url and shows the msg:
Blog has been removed
Sorry, the blog at spushtdaily.blogspot .com has been removed. This address is not available for new blogs.

how do i make the urls automatically redirect?
It is not possible with blogger. Only in one case is possible if you use custom domain on your blog. Custom domain i.e. spushtchats .com. One simple thing is also possible to redirect spushtdaily.blogspot .com traffic to home page of spushtchats.blogspot .com through meta redirection. Here is meta redirection code put this code in your blogger template just below <head> :
